Hello i am a digital artist who has became interested in 3d modeling and rendering. However i am short on money and cannot upgrade my computer for doing very alberate works. As you see i downloaded blender and the more detailed the model gets the slower my computer runs.
The best i can do with blender is something out of a Nintendo 64 game with if i can figure out textures or meshes (i'm not sure what they are called) That just be fine.
But the main reason i am asking this is there anyway to mimic 3d artwork with Photoshop or illustrator ?

Illustrator has a mesh tool that you can customize. It can give you some impressive looking stuff if you have the patience.
Photoshop basically can do anything, you just have to be fluent in lighting and color manipulation.
But It can be done.
